Human Resources Coordinator | Fetch | Remote (USA)
Our Opportunity
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator supports as well as spearheads departmental people operations processes at the Company. This position will also be continuously accountable for resolving all benefits-related requests/issues, ensuring effective application of plans of action relating to the Human Resources function, and will be instrumental in continuously supporting employee retention initiatives along with optimizing employee relations/satisfaction. This position will also assist in supporting the creation, refinement, and execution of actionable plans that will be administered in accordance with federal and state regulations along with associated plan provisions that follow. Lastly, this role is responsible for supporting the organization’s Leave of Absence program along with providing administrative support to the Human Resources function as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for all inquiries (inbound & outbound) including record-keeping, file maintenance, data integrity, and data entry of information into the company’s HRIS.
