Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team in San Jose, CA. The internship is 100% onsite from September 2 - December 19. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and supply chain optimization. You will work closely with our Procurement team, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives + Support VP/SD in US and directors in Asia on procurement operations with outsourced suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, and Test house, including but not limited to + Strategic sourcing : price, capacity + Building relationships with suppliers and coordinating with related internal departments + Coordinate with other dept on RFI/RFQ + Work closely with procurement teams in Asia + Coordinate between US EU and Asia sales among suppliers with Asia proc team + Organizing QBR (Supplier performance review/Score monitoring) + Arrange and join meetings with suppliers + Support travel arrangement Qualifications + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. + Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. + Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement tasks and documentation. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor correspondence and internal collaboration. + Technical Proficiency + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with procurement tools or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) is a plus. + Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a timely manner. + Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Information The expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.75 - $33.50. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate. Interns may be eligible for certain Company-provided benefits, which can include sick leave, holiday pay, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
