Your key duties will encompass addressing customer inquiries, processing medical and prescription claims, and ensuring a favorable experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer and patient inquiries with empathy while processing medical and prescription claims. • Offer accurate information to patients regarding their prescriptions and pharmacy offerings. • Respond to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally. • Assist patients in navigating medical insurance verification and explore payment options to fulfill their requirements. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities coupled with a compassionate approach to customer service. • Experience in processing medical and prescription claims. • Familiarity with medical insurance and billing inquiries is advantageous. Qualifications • At least one year of experience within a healthcare or medical call center environment is required. • Preference will be given to candidates who are knowledgeable in benefit verification and prior authorization processes. • Understanding of medical benefits, medical insurance, and prescriptions is a plus. Education Requirements • A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
