Job Overview We are actively seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our esteemed team. In this integral role, you will work remotely to provide pivotal support for essential defense operations involving our Department of Defense (DoD) clientele. This position allows you to leverage your leadership capabilities, technical proficiency, and project management expertise within a rapidly... evolving environment. Key Responsibilities • Direct and oversee the business, technical, and personnel components of project teams, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. • Manage day-to-day tasks including resource allocation, cost assessment, and scheduling of tasks. • Delegate assignments to team members and track progress to guarantee the timely delivery of project milestones. • Compile and present progress reports, while upholding the quality of deliverables prior to release. • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders at various management levels, both verbally and in writing. • Supervise network design initiatives, installations, and migration plans to enhance network performance. • Identify and resolve intricate issues impacting system functionality and performance. • Continuously assess network efficacy and propose enhancements. Required Skills • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position. • Extensive experience in data management and analysis. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for conveying information succinctly. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting. • Specialized experience related to project management within a Navy acquisition program or similar project management experience with the DoD. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
