What You’ll Do: As a Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach, you’ll: • ?? Be a strengths sleuth: Help high school students decode their Gallup StrengthsFinder results and translate them into real-world awesomeness. • ?? Launch career journeys: Guide students in connecting their strengths to potential college majors, career paths, and life goals. • ?? Facilitate fun and engaging sessions: Use a mix of workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group activities to build confidence and spark "aha!" moments. • ?? Gamify the process: Collaborate with our VROAR platform to make career exploration interactive and rewarding (think: points, badges, and epic level-ups). • ?? Be a cheerleader: Encourage students to embrace their strengths, dream big, and confidently tackle the next steps in their journey. What You Bring: • ?? Strengths expertise: Gallup StrengthsFinder certification (or equivalent experience) and a deep understanding of how to apply strengths-based coaching. • ?? A passion for youth development: Experience working with high school students, ideally in career coaching, education, or counseling. • ??? Tech-savvy vibes: Comfortable using digital tools and excited about gamification in education. • ???
