We seek a highly oriented, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Project Workflow & Operations Specialist. This remote position is perfect for someone who thrives on creating streamlined processes, managing schedules, and supporting contractor and project workflows. Key Responsibilities • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. • Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, monitor deadlines, and synchronize calendars. • Process Management: Review and improve workflows, create documentation, and address process-related challenges. • Project Workflow Implementation: Design workflows, track progress, and provide regular updates. • Innovation and Template Creation: Develop templates and tools to enhance team productivity. Qualifications • At least 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office tools, Google Sheets, Drive, and Calendar. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to accept and implement training and maintain an open and positive attitude.
