The EPIC Revenue Operations Associate Is We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily provider operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onboarding and success processes. Responsibilities • Configure new providers within the HFD system so that they can take advantage of our patient financing platform. • Assist in managing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Perform account adjustments for providers that need pricing or settings changes. • Collaborate with providers and HFD team members in the troubleshooting of issues • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company CRM and lending platform. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. • Perform other duties as assigned by operations manager. Requirements The ideal candidates possess: • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment. • Goal oriented and self-motivated • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that work is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to learn new systems quickly. Education And Experience • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
