Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Care Manager and Scheduler to become a pivotal member of our remote team. Your leadership abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication will be instrumental in supporting both our caregivers and the clients we serve. Key Responsibilities • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of care managers and staff, fostering a culture of positivity and support. • Organize regular team meetings to promote open communication and collaboration. • Assess client needs in conjunction with healthcare professionals and families to develop personalized care plans. • Build and maintain efficient scheduling systems that guarantee consistent, high-quality care for clients. • Facilitate clear communication between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and participate in quality assurance initiatives. • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, staff schedules, and care plans. Required Skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices. • A compassionate and empathetic approach focused on client care. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field (preferred). • A minimum of three years of experience in care management, healthcare administration, or a similar capacity. • Experience in scheduling or workforce management is advantageous.
