Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience

• Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
• Offer personalized solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Compensation and Benefits
