You must showcase proven success developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities • Direct the region's sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives • Lead/manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members. • Directs the sales performance in specified region • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactively managing performance. • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales • Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects • Collaborate with cross functional departments within the organizations in order to support region growth Apply Job!
