We are an ambitious process and consulting service provider specialising, among other things, in implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our customers from a wide range of industries. One focus is on automating IT processes and optimising IT operations management (ITOM). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Implementer (m/f/d) to support our customer in implementing and optimising the ITOM modules.
Deine Aufgaben / your mission
- Implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow ITOM modules, in particular:
- Discovery: design and configuration of network scans and data sources for automated IT asset discovery.
- Service Mapping: Creation of detailed service maps to visualise IT infrastructures and dependencies.
- Event Management: Integration of monitoring tools to proactively monitor and manage events.
- Operational Intelligence and Cloud Management: Implementation to optimise IT operations and cloud usage.
- Conducting workshops to analyse requirements and identify customer needs in the area of IT operations.
- Technical consulting and best practices: Helping customers optimise their IT operations processes using the ITOM modules.
- Data integration and API connection: Integrating third-party tools (e.g. Splunk, Nagios, SolarWinds) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Testing and quality assurance: Performing tests and bug fixes to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Customer training: Organising and conducting training on how to use the implemented ITOM modules effectively.
- Project management: Supporting the planning, execution and documentation of implementation projects.
Dein Profil / your profile
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow, particularly in the ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules.
- In-depth understanding of IT operations processes and experience in IT service management (ITSM) and IT infrastructure.
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow configurations (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Scripting) and API integrations.
- Certifications as a ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist or comparable qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or other IT infrastructure management solutions.
- Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
