We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to lead our team of project managers and business analysts in delivering large-scale software development projects that bring magic to our guests. As a key member of our Technology & Digital team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in project planning, forecasting, and delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and other business groups to promote collaboration and informed decision-making
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and financial forecasts to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Identify and resolve issues, driving resolution in partnership with Planning, Delivery, and Finance teams
• Use metrics and data to drive performance, efficiency, and forecast improvements
• Ensure accurate program project closure, including retrospectives, transition, and hand-off to production operations support

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 10 years of technical project/program management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working in a matrixed organization, with multiple leaders and parallel efforts
• Strong project management skills, including estimation, planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, and communication planning
• Excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with executive-level leaders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
