Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Support Representative to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our Platform Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting a high-profile government contract. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, providing top-notch service support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently as part of a high-productivity team to provide exceptional service support
  • Process requests and inquiries from stakeholders via telephone, email, or web in a timely and professional manner
  • Update ticketing systems, review and validate reports, and provide troubleshooting support for technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, colleagues, and field support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions and provide feedback on service process efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in a service support role, preferably with ticketing systems and data validation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and willing to wait up to 60 days for processing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting skills and Tier 1 service experience
