We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and success in the Southwest region. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a leading brand in Project Fire Alarm and Safety Systems, representing Siemens Fire Products and collaborating with a talented team of professionals.

About the Role

  • Driving profitable growth through strategic business planning and account development to meet or exceed channel sales targets
  • Providing strategic business development and onboarding of new partners
  • Presentation, promotion, and sales of Fire Safety solutions to existing and prospective partners, contractors, engineers, and end-users
  • Developing proactive responses to customer needs and business priorities, utilizing Siemens resources and operating in a time-efficient and organized manner
  • Monitoring sales activity and conducting regular business reviews
  • Becoming a trusted advisor and solution provider to our partners by demonstrating industry knowledge and fire safety portfolio expertise

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with Fire Alarm and Safety Products
  • 5+ years of experience selling direct to customers or end-users
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong sales and marketing background
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
