Overview of the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with our Sales and Success Account Teams to build a robust sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report to a Sales Development Manager and work closely with our teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed metrics for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity
  • Navigate objections using value-driven messaging to drive customer engagement
  • Craft compelling emails and video prospecting to deliver value to our customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Success Account Teams to build a strong pipeline
  • Utilize our sales tools, including SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English
  • No prior SDR experience required; we welcome candidates looking to launch or transition their sales careers
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong desire for accountability and achievement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Commitment to continuous learning, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for feedback and coaching

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a baseline salary range higher than the typical market range. Our base pay ranges for new hires in the United States are:

  • Zone A: $27.26 - $36.35
  • Zone B: $24.52 - $32.69
  • Zone C: $22.64 - $30.19
