As a Stocking Coach, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of retail and making a lasting impact on our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
• Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met
• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
• Strong leadership and communication skills
