Job Title: Principal Engineer - Gen AI Security Test Architect (Remote Opportunity)

Job Description:

Join Target's innovative cybersecurity team as a Principal Engineer - Gen AI Security Test Architect, where you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive security testing for GenAI solutions. As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with technical and leadership teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats, driving implementable changes that improve the business.

• Design and execute test approaches to identify security flaws in GenAI products, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
• Conduct full-stack architecture reviews of software for GenAI products and platforms, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
• Develop and implement security reference architectures, configuring security controls with an emphasis on GenAI technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to perform advanced security analysis on complex GenAI systems, identifying gaps and contributing to design solutions and security requirements.
• Communicate risk accurately, negotiating priorities with cross-domain stakeholders and driving business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and technologies, with demonstrated expertise in attacking GenAI products and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with strong presentation abilities and a good understanding of security management workflows in large enterprise organizations.
• A polyglot programmer comfortable in many languages across different platforms, with a demonstrated ability to learn and stay current on relevant AI and Cyber Engineering technologies.
