Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
• Implementing patient care programs and services to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification and listing on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
• A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
