Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and approachable individual who is passionate about helping students learn math and achieve educational success. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, and you will report directly to the District Director/Education Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Collaborating with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
