As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students aged 3-22, working 1:1 in home and community settings to implement personalized education plans and address academic, behavioral, and vocational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply principles of behavior science to tutor students and manage behaviors
• Implement data-driven practices, precision teaching, and discrete-trial training
• Use explicit instruction and direct instruction programs and techniques
• Record accurate data and submit reports by established deadlines
• Maintain a safe and effective learning environment

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

• Ability to perform non-violent crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to react quickly and be sufficiently mobile to redirect students
• Ability to physically assist with evacuating students during emergency situations
