We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychology Associate to join our Behavioral Health Services team at the Former Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital in Tukwila, WA. As a Psychology Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic relationships with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement group treatment interventions for competency restoration patients
  • Provide individual and group treatment daily using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Conduct psychological testing and assessments of violence and/or suicidal risk
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan treatment in accordance with hospital and CMS guidelines
  • Complete required documentation according to professional, hospital, and federal standards
  • Provide court testimony (where applicable)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology or related mental health field from an accredited school or department of psychology
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adults with severe psychiatric conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
