Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Conduct research to resolve complex issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Upsell products or services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their evolving needs.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty License
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
• Integrity and commitment to maintaining customer privacy and confidentiality
• Computer experience and high-speed internet connection (> 25 mbps)
• USB wired headset (or equivalent) and smartphone or device running IOS or Android
