We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Intake Specialists, working remotely with occasional on-site visits. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, responding to incoming calls and accurately entering information into various systems
• Navigate multiple systems to access relevant information, providing timely and effective solutions to customers
• Determine follow-up protocols, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of customer inquiries
• De-escalate upset callers, providing empathetic and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform additional duties within the department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Preferred call center experience with inbound call handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and type information efficiently and accurately
• Strong listening and empathy skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
• Accurate keyboarding skills, with a typing speed of 25 wpm or more
• Detail-oriented, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and handle stressful situations
• Bilingual in English and/or Spanish (highly desirable)
• High School Diploma or GED required
