Responsibilities and Requirements

As a lead advisor, you will focus on:

• Conducting discovery meetings with pre-qualified federal employees
• Creating comprehensive financial plans across 2-3 client meetings
• Managing client portfolios using our proven approach
• Converting warm leads into long-term client relationships

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Active Series 65 or 66 License
• Federal employee benefits expertise
• Strong interpersonal and closing skills
