• Accurately entering and updating member information in our database
• Managing and organizing electronic and physical records
• Verifying data accuracy and making corrections as needed
• Generating reports to track program participation and services
• Developing new data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborating with team members across departments to gather data inputs
• Responding to data-related inquiries and assisting staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
