Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Workwarp, a leading retail provider of alternative financial services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, delivering exceptional service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and promote our products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions accurately, including cash handling.
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management, and work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to drive sales, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and lift 15 lbs.
  • Ability to work in restrictive spaces and keep concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
