As a key member of our Content Development team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality assessments for K-12 students across the United States. Responsibilities

• Develop and review ELA test items, passages, and assessments for large-scale K-12 evaluations
• Collaborate with education departments, committees of educators, and business partners to create standards-based assessments
• Help select, assign, manage, and train item/passage writers and educators to develop high-quality content
• Facilitate customer meetings, provide content assessment expertise, and support test construction activities
• Work closely with test development managers, content developers, psychometricians, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an elementary or secondary teacher in ELA (preferred)
• Professional knowledge of ELA and educational trends
• Experience in large-scale educational measurement (preferred)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
