Remote Call Center Agent - Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Call Center Agent to join our team at Florida Medical Clinic, Orlando Health. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to patients, hospitals, staff, and community healthcare providers in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered service and provide accurate information regarding services to patients, hospitals, staff, and community healthcare providers
• Perform intake triage, appointment scheduling, and other patient requests based on provider protocols and Florida Medical Clinic policies and procedures
• Answer assigned department/queue overflow calls, maintaining approved standards
• Follow tasking guidelines and provide accurate and complete information to callers
• Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance and comply with all Orlando Health policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of related experience required, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of general computer literacy and working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
