Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance
• Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals
• Assist with merchandising, product launches, and inventory management
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and growth
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize store operations and customer experiences

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
