Job Overview

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide thorough training to help you excel in this role. Your schedule will include:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

In this role, you'll:

• Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring an exceptional experience
• Provide accurate information about our services and pricing, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle customer questions and complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and productive environment
• Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
