Your Mission: As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media
• Understanding and meeting the expectations of our guests and travel planners
• Offering personalized sales solutions and advice
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales objectives

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German, Dutch, English, and/or French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in computer tools and software
