Client Implementations Manager

Position Summary Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process. In addition, responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. You may be expected to mentor and help train other team members who join the team. As a manager you may be expected to support strategic initiatives for the organization or department.

Required Qualifications

Project Management 4+ years Microsoft Office Tools experience 4+ years Client facing experience 4+ years Demonstrated use of Project Management tools Strong written and verbal communication Candidates required to work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings. Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL Preferred Qualifications PBM or Health Plan experience Client implementation experience Education HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
