Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Amazon Seller Consultant to join our remote team. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll work closely with Amazon sellers to help them optimize their stores, increase product visibility, and drive sales. If you're passionate about e-commerce, have a strong understanding of Amazon's seller platforms, and are eager to make a real difference in the lives of entrepreneurs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sellers in Setting Up and Optimizing Their Amazon Stores: Provide comprehensive support to sellers through the entire process of setting up their Amazon stores, ensuring they understand and utilize Amazon's robust platform effectively.
• Provide Strategic Advice to Enhance Product Visibility and Sales: Offer tailored strategies on keyword optimization, competitive pricing, and effective advertising campaigns to help sellers increase their product visibility and drive sales.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Any Issues Sellers Might Encounter: Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that sellers face on Amazon, including technical issues with their store, customer complaints, and discrepancies in product listings.
• Stay Updated with the Latest E-commerce Trends and Amazon Policies: Continuously learn and adapt to new trends, tools, and regulations in the e-commerce landscape, and share updates with sellers to ensure they stay compliant and competitive.

Essential Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but what matters most is your enthusiasm for learning and growing within the e-commerce space.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service, with a solid understanding of the online marketplace and how to navigate its challenges efficiently.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be engaging with clients and conveying information clearly and professionally.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and a quick-learning mindset will set you on the right path, as we offer comprehensive training at Amazon.

Preferred Qualifications

We're also looking for individuals with the following preferred qualifications:
