Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students through phone, email, and online chat

• Provide detailed information about programs, admissions, deadlines, and financial aid

• Support students throughout the application process and answer their questions

• Record and maintain student data using CRM tools

• Meet outreach and enrollment targets as part of a remote team

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near Greensboro, NC

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

• Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or education is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages)

• Experience with CRM systems

• Prior remote work experience is a bonus
