Job Summary

As an Educational Aid, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced classroom setting, providing critical support to our students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include distributing and collecting testing materials, grading and providing testing results, monitoring students during various phases of the school day, preparing instructional materials, providing tutoring to students in all subject areas, and accompanying students on field trips.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute and collect testing materials as needed by students
  • Grade and provide testing results using identified scoring techniques
  • Monitor students during various phases of the school day
  • Prepare instructional materials related to classroom lessons
  • Provide tutoring to students in all subject areas
  • Accompany and supervise students on field trips

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Have a minimum of 2 years (60 semester hours) of education above high school
  • Or have at least 1 year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work experience that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of an Educational Aide
