Our Structured Curriculum, developed by a panel of experts, focuses on gymnastics, dance, and motor skill development for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Key Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics, dance, and sports skills classes to children using our Structured Curriculum
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with parents and children
• Lead birthday parties, Parents Nights Out, and enrichment programs
• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm to kids and parents in class and at the desk
• Analyze children's gymnastics skills and provide accurate and positive feedback
• Learn and implement structured Lesson Plans written by our panel of experts
• Perform correct spotting for gymnastics, sports, and dance skills
• Provide positive feedback and identify growth opportunities to children
• Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries
• Sell our programs in relation to customers' needs and wants

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Gymnastics Coach at The Little Gym Albuquerque, you will need:

• 1 year of experience working with or teaching children
• Some college education required
• Active lifestyle and experience in gymnastics, dance, sports, or physical activity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally
• Desire to grow with a team and be internally motivated

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Teaching experience
• Sales experience
• Previous experience working with children in a gymnastics or sports setting
