Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued clients at the American Express Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. Your primary objective will be to provide unparalleled assistance, exceeding the expectations of our discerning clients. You'll be the face of blithequark, embodying the brand's values and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience
- Take ownership of the client's journey, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay
- Develop innovative solutions to address clients' concerns and issues, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
- Utilize the Client's First mindset to understand and address clients' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, including travel recommendations and reservation assistance
- Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting
- Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry environment, including reservation experience
- Proven ability to think proactively and provide solutions to clients' needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships
- Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift light to moderate weights, as required for specific tasks
