Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, answering product-related questions, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer product-related questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience working with a government contract or in a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems and product data management (PDM) systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on customer feedback and data insights
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
