Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services
- Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience
- Fashion and share customer service pleasant practices with all crew individuals to deliver a unique and beautiful patron experience
- Present clients with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient provider
- Recommend objects for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or partner objects
- Register consumer purchases on assigned coins register, collect cash, and distribute exchange as asked
- Maintain counters and shelves smooth and well-merchandised, take inventory, and continue facts
- Implement agency asset safety strategies to perceive and decrease earnings loss
- Guarantee compliance with country and nearby legal guidelines concerning regulated products
- Construct and maintain shows, including promotional, seasonal, superb systems, and sale merchandise
- Assist with separation of food gadgets and product placement as unique using policies/approaches
- Assume net choose-up obligations, monitor orders, fill orders, and provide orders to clients as they come at the store
- Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store circumstances and look
- Comply with all agency policies and approaches, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
- Complete unique assignments and different responsibilities as assigned
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior working experience with Blithequark
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
