Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering consistent service to our customers, taking proactive actions to meet their needs and concerns, and creating win/win solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering consistent service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Taking proactive actions to meet customer needs and concerns, creating win/win solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing close relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to drive their success
  • Developing customer trust by consistently following through on actions and operating with integrity
  • Participating in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, emphasizing customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability
  • Assisting the team in carrying out departmental responsibilities and collaborating with colleagues to support short- and long-term goals
  • Communicating promptly and accurately to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues

Qualifications

  • Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
