Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive better customer outcomes

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Live within the state of Florida
  • Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
  • Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
