Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring timely and efficient data processing.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process to ensure timely payment.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data management and administrative efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar field
  • Skills:

+ Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong organizational and time management skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Certifications: None required, but certifications in data entry or administrative support are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce: Familiarity with the Salesforce system and ability to upload documents/backup records
  • Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and vendors
