We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. As a Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system
- Providing accurate information about blithequark services and policies
- Assisting customers in resolving issues and navigating the blithequark website
- Documenting and logging all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
- Escalating complex issues to higher support levels as necessary

Requirements
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
