Compensation and Benefits

Our Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive hourly rate of $19.61, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns on all products and services
  • Handling telephone and virtual customer contacts
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer impacting issues
  • Engaging with T3 support to resolve issues
  • Maintaining proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters
  • Identifying and tracking issues to assist in root cause elimination
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers
  • Must be 18 years or older

Education Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

* At least one year of relevant customer service experience

  • Previous Call Center experience is preferred
