Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will investigate data and processes to gain insights that improve our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop data-driven recommendations, and implement process improvements that drive business results. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize our support processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve our global contact center support business
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize support processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop business cases, and implement process improvements
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders, using clear, concise language and compelling visualizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field (desirable)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of analysts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Apple's products and services
- Knowledge of contact center support processes and operations
- Experience with data mining, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
- Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
