Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our customers, answering their questions, and providing them with the solutions they need. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming customer calls, asking questions to determine what they need, and providing them with personalized solutions
- Calling existing customers to check on their service and let them know how much they matter to us
- Being super awesome and friendly – we want our customers to feel like they're talking to a friend, not a robot
