Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Contact and maintain professional relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Appointment Booking: Book appointments with clients and prospects, utilizing various resources such as webinars and carrier product training.
  • Application Processing: Take and submit online applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Follow up with clients and the back office to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Virtual Meetings: Attend weekly virtual calls and meetings, participating in discussions and sharing best practices.
  • Policy Explanation: Explain policy coverage to clients once policies are approved, ensuring they understand their benefits and coverage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Maintain stellar interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Integrity and Trustworthiness: Be honest and trustworthy, with a strong reputation for integrity.
  • Licensure: Hold a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one.
  • Communication Skills: Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commission-Based: Be comfortable with a commission-based position, with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
