The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every delivery we fulfill is a home run. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers and drivers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values to our customers, and working collaboratively with our team to provide feedback and improve the customer call experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls efficiently, with the goal of achieving a 100% answered rate

  • Provide exceptional support and assist customers and drivers with inquiries
  • Be agile and flexible, assisting with tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and delivery dispatching when required
  • Become a blithequark expert to fully support customers and guide them through any aspect of their delivery
  • Ensure clear and effective communication to address any customer concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and improve the customer call experience

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work occasional weekends
