Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Entry Manager to lead our virtual team of non-exempt data entry professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and development to your team members, ensuring a positive, friendly culture in the department that is customer-centric, productive, and contributes to the growth of the business.

Main Responsibilities

As our Data Entry Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Directly monitoring daily inventories and ensuring headcounts are deployed appropriately
  • Reviewing analytics and KPIs with your team members weekly, delivering coaching when necessary
  • Evaluating and organizing office operations, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency of workflow
  • Leading your team to success-driving performance management, ensuring your team is equipped to provide a positive customer/client experience
  • Ensuring appropriate risk for the business, with your team familiar with and understanding the importance of following operating instructions, including compliance requirements
  • Inspiring and connecting with each team member, cultivating an environment of trust, teamwork, and personal ownership
  • Partnering with each team member to understand and help support their personal development
  • Project management, planning, and executing key business initiatives
  • Serving as a business partner to understand and relate to the business objectives and provide a strategic vision and a high-quality solution

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a healthcare or veterinary clinic or call center leadership
  • Veterinary technician licensure strongly preferred
  • Education in medical terminology
  • Proven ability to make decisions based on quantitative/data analysis
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience executing performance management measures as necessary in a timely and productive manner
  • Experience leading a team of 15+ team members
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage projects to completion, especially managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of using sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work with all levels across the business, including senior leaders internally and with customers and clients
  • Business acumen
