Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your duties will include:

• Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring seamless communication with clients
• Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
• Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
• Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with new products and services, and providing expert advice to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• California Residency: You must reside in California to be eligible for this position.
• Genuine Willingness to Learn: You'll need to be eager to learn, intuitive, and resourceful, with a strong desire to grow and develop your skills.
• Upbeat, Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
